SkinArc (com.kylezhu.skinarc), operated by Keyao Zhu, lets you delete your account and its associated data directly in the app — no web form or support ticket required.
Deleting your account permanently removes, on our servers, within 30 days: your account record (email/OAuth identifier), skin photos (if cloud sync was enabled), skin scores, routine change notes, and purchase-status records. Photos and scores stored only on your device are removed immediately when you delete the app.
Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately from the store you subscribed through. It also doesn't retroactively withdraw data already processed by Apple/Google for purchase verification, which those platforms retain under their own policies.
Email worldtab.app@gmail.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it manually within 30 days.
